How to prepare for your interview at ERG

What interviewing at ERG is like

  • Our staffing coordinator, Brittney Goodwin, will greet you upon arrival. Her office is the first door on the right
  • You’ll meet with a variety of people on our team, including our VP of Operations, Lead Technical Recruiters, and the Director of Client Services. They’ve all been briefed on your experience, but will likely ask you details about your previous employment. Please bring extra copies of your resume to give to each of them.
  • After your interview, Brittney will show you around the office to get you familiar with our team and our culture.
  • If you are extended an offer for employment at ERG, you will be required to undergo a background check and drug screen. This is a standard that we’ve set for all new hires. The process is very simple, and again you’ll have Brittney to guide you throughout the process.
